Signature Digital Workflow
DDI operates a fully digital workflow that extends beyond conventional CAD design into pre-manufacture clinical verification. Each case is developed from intra-oral scan data and articulated within a calibrated digital environment to simulate occlusion in maximum intercuspation (MIP) and functional movements.
A structured overlay protocol enables direct evaluation of the proposed restoration against the prepared dentition and adjacent anatomical structures.
This is complemented by a facial photograph, allowing assessment of overall facial flow and dynamics—essentially providing a virtual smile test-drive.
This enables pre-manufacture validation of marginal integrity, inter-proximal contacts, occlusal clearance and aesthetic positioning within the patient-specific context. The result is a more controlled and predictable outcome, with reduced chair-side adjustment and improved clinical efficiency.
